In this two hour workshop we will use asana to move through layers of resistance, opening the hips so we can experience greater freedom in the rest of the body, led by certified Anusara teacher, Lara Demberg. In the heart of the village of Cold Spring, Vikasa offers an array of yoga styles and Pilates classes throughout your week. The studio offers a quiet respite from daily life; a sanctuary in which to practice, nourish your soul and strengthen your body. We offer Anusara, Hatha, Therapeutics, Yamuna Body Rolling, and Pilates classes (mat and tower), as well as Boxing for Poets, all with highly trained teachers, who offer challenges, personal attention and much humor.
