one of the most romantic and picturesque venues in the Hudson Valley. See link at left for more details.
Boscobel’s Exhibition Gallery, unveiled in 2008, is located on the lower level of the mansion. A calm and peaceful space, its function will be to showcase exceptional art exhibits throughout the year, providing visitors with yet another reason to visit and enjoy Boscobel House & Gardens.
As an established tourist attraction, Boscobel has been home to the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival for more than 22 years. This critically-acclaimed theater production company attracts over 30,000 fans each summer. As such, Hudson Valley Magazine readers voted Boscobel as a Best Of Hudson Valley Winner for Outdoor Venue for Plays and Concerts two years in a row.
After your visit at Boscobel, explore the nineteenth-century village of Cold Spring with its numerous antique and specialty shops, fine restaurants and a gazebo on the river’s edge. Additional nearby attractions include Bear Mountain State Park, Manitoga, Dia Beacon and West Point.
A house tour, a picnic, a wedding…it’s all breathtakingly beautiful at Boscobel.
