Summer 2010 Environmental Education Day Program


Summer is the time for kids to be outside. There is no better place for your child to spend time in the great outdoors this summer than at Trailside Museums and Zoo! The Trailside Discovery day program will be your child's up-close and personal introduction to local wildlife and ecology. They will get their hands dirty! They will have fun! Children will be immersed in the natural world through hands-on activities and exciting games they are bound to enjoy. So, turn off the video games, the television, the internet, and the air conditioning! Help your child experience summer the way it was meant to be!

Maximum enrollment is 15 children per session, so please act quickly. A registration form is included here to print out and mail back to us. Or use the contact information to request a complete brochure. The fee is $80 per session. 

Session One: For children entering first and second grade this fall
Monday, July 5th through Thursday July 8th
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
(Registration deadline is June 18th.)

Session Two: For children entering third and fourth grade this fall
Monday, July 12th through Thursday, July 15th 
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
(Registration deadline is June 25th.)

Session Three: For children entering fifth and sixth grade this fall
Monday, July 19th through July 22nd.
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
(Registration deadline is July 2nd.)
