I AM A BOG RACING FAN FOR OVER 40 YEARS. i AM PRESENTLY RETIRED AND PLAY THE HORSES EVERY DAY AT OTB, AND ATLANTIC CITY.

I LIKE MOST HORSE PLAYERS HAVE HAD HORSES TAKEN DOWN AND PUT UP THROUGHOUT MY LIFE TIME.

lAST SATURDAY, ( AUGUST 2ND) I WATCHED THE LAST RACE AT THE BALLYS CASINO IN ATLANTIC CITY, AND WITNESSED ONE OF THE WORST NONE CALLS OF A RACE BY YOU THE STEWARDS AND THE JOCKEY MIKE LUZZI ON THE HORSE THAT CAME SECOND.
aRTYTHEONEMANPARTY WAS BROADSIDED SHORTLY AFTER THE HORSES TURNED FOR HOME. MIKE LUZZI WAS LUCKY HE STAYED ON THE HORSE AND FINISHED SECOND.

ALL THE HORSE PLAYERS AROUND ME WERE ASTONISHED THAT THERE WASN'T A JOCKEY AND STEWARDS OBJECTION.

EVENTHOUGH THE WINNER (CHIEF TALKEETNA) WON GOING AWAY, IT DOESN'T EXCUSE THE FOUL THAT HE COMMITTED.

WHETHER THE SECOND PLACE HORSE WOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED FIRST (WHICH IN MANY OPINIONS IT SHOULD HAVE) AN OBJECTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN RAISED. THE JOCKEY ON THE WINNING HORSE IN ANY EVENT SHOULD BE FINED FOR HIS RECKLESS RIDE.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE REPLAY AND GET BACK TO ME SOME REASONABLE EXPLINATION ON THIS NO CALL.

AS I PREVIOUSLY, STATED I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD WITNESS A RACE IN MY LIFETIME WITH SUCH A FLAGRANT FOUL NOT EVEN LOOKED AT.

I FEEL MIKEW LUZZI THE JOCKEY SHOULD ALSO BE FINED FOR HIS NONE OBJECTION TO ALL THE RACING FANS THAT BET ON HIS HORSE.

IN SUMMATION, ALL OF YOU SO CALLED STEWARDS SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE TO THE BETTING PUBLIC, WHO PUT THERE TRUST IN YOU.

AS ARNOLD DIAZ WOULD SAY SHAME SHAME ON YOU.

I AM ANXIOUSLY AWAITED A RESPONSE TO THIS LETTER.
